Set Electrics

I've had several opportunities now to work with both cable construction and set electric construction, and I thouroughly enjoy both processes. I've been able to build every variety of theatrical power cable as well as some custom soco break-outs. I've also had the opportunity to build light boxes for UNCSA's production of The Wild Party.

Depicted here is a soco head I was in the process of repairing, which used crimped pins in a circular 19 pin connector head.

This is a short timelapse of making part of the light box for The Wild Party, which used sautered together lengths of RGB LED tape .
