Lo' Frate Namorato

Featuring a remarkably complex set and space to work in, this opera had many challenges throughout the hang and focus process, but the entire process for me was incredibly educational. Especially interesting to me were the differences between this opera plot and the typical play or musical lighting design. This was the most exposure I had to date in the opera world, and I found the emphasis on depth and intricacy of design, use of complex set electrics, and gorgeous set design all fascinating, and I can't wait to learn more as a head electrician on our spring opera, Ballymore.
